Fresh

We'll be showing the documentary "Fresh." It looks at the rapid transformation of our agriculture into an industrial model, confronting the consequences of this change: food contamination, environmental pollution, etc. It also explores forging healthier, sustainable alternatives and offers a practical vision for a future of our food and planet.

Women's Wellness Day

Enjoy a day to balance, strengthen and beautify yourself through meditation, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Yoga, a wellness seminar, healthy lunch, massage, reflexology and creative expression. Please bring copies of pictures that represent wellness to you so you can make them into a beautiful collage.

$49 for the day
Chair massage extra and optional: 10 mins for $10; 20 mins for $20
