Sprouted Superfoods Workshop

Join us on Saturday, October 20, 2012
10:30am to 12:30pm
as Four Season Greens hosts a workshop for you to learn all about sprouting and sprouts and why they're called superfoods.

$15 each

This two-hour hands-on workshop will explore the world of sprouted foods. We will have lots of tasty samples, a powerpoint demo, and a book table. Take home recipes, handouts, and a coupon for free sprouts. Sprouting kits will be available. Please register at the library.

Children's Poster Contest

Do you like the library? Do you like to draw or colour? Why not make a poster to promote the library?!

We'll have prizes for the most creative poster in several different age categories. Entries must be submitted to the library by Thursday, October 18. Winners will be announced on Friday October 19.

One prize for each age group: 5 and under, 6 to 10, 10 and over.
