Margaret Hughes will be conducting a demonstration on using e-readers. If you have been thinking of purchasing an e-reader or need some information on how to use your e-reader, these sessions may be helpful to you.
The library now has 3 e-readers for in-house use. Provided by a grant from the Ministry of Tourism and Culture.

Confused about modern dietary advice? Interested in improving your health or your family's? Come and join us for a two-part series that takes a fascinating look at the history of healthy cultures and gives practical wisdom for applying these principles to our modern day lives.
Part One: will give an overview of healthy, traditional eating
Part Two: will focus on the practical "how to" including budgeting, grocery shopping tips and food demonstration
